David Shepard, 24, from Laguna Beach, Calif., has been attending his dream college, UCLA, in Westwood, Calif., for the past two years studying to fulfill his Bachelor of Arts in History and is looking forward to graduating in Spring 2018. His biggest support, wife, Christine Shepard, 25, and their three year old birthday day girl puppy, Lily, celebrated this upcoming victory on campus on Sunday, April 22, 2018. Shepard just completed a three month long internship at the UC Capital in Washington D.C. and watched history unfold in the making.
